I really started on my own with horses at about 12years old. Self taught on most all things I have ever done with horses. I started with thoroughbreds when I was 16yo on the breeding side of the industry starting my own herd with my GrandMomma Annette. I’m a hands on self taught learner as is she and together there was never anything we could figure out and do with our herd. I have worked with a plethora of breeds and managed numerous farms in my home state of Indiana. I started the Thoroughbred Sales Circuit in the Fall of 2015 and by Summer 2016 I started managing Consignement and traveling working Sales all over the country. After 8 long years of praying, working tirelessly, managing consignments for others, in January of 2024 Mount Royal Sales, my own consignment, was born.

My heart has always been with the Mares and Foals… Hearing about ColdSpring Mares having a position open at no more of a convenient time in my life, I gratefully accepted! Though my Heart is with the Mares and Foals, my favorite part of my Job is my Boss, Miss Bronwyn Watts. I have never had a better boss of all the places I have ever worked. We work well together and we have been able to share past experiences and knowledge with one another and have learned so much from each other. I couldn’t have prayed to have ended up at a better place.
